Chile allotment
There is no fixed national gram-per-month limit; instead, the quantity is determined by the patient's medical prescription, which must specify the diagnosis, treatment duration, and administration method (excluding combustion). Patients may obtain medicine through authorized pharmacies or cultivate their own supply if they meet the legal requirements for medical justification.
- Quantity is defined by the individual medical prescription.
- Only registered patients with a valid prescription qualify.
- Home cultivation is permitted for medical use when justified by a prescription.
- Importing medicine for personal use is generally restricted to authorized pharmaceutical products.
