Official Program

Arizona's Medical Marijuana Program is administered by the Arizona Department of Health Services (ADHS) under the Arizona Medical Marijuana Act (Prop 203, 2010). Patients with a qualifying condition may obtain a written certification from a physician and apply for a registry identification card. Arizona also has an adult-use program, but the medical card allows higher possession limits and cultivation rights. Qualified patients may purchase up to 2.5 ounces per 14-day period.
